"1. they offer a really bad service 2.staff in the office very unprofessional the lady in the office, I gave her my brother information, to put it as an emergency contact when I told her his name she started laughing. 3. They make you wake so long, making an appointment in pointless. My appointment was at 10:15, I arrived on time and they made me wait 1 hour to get attended, I left the place at 1:15. I was there for 4 hours just to get a physical exam, they take so long to do every single thing. Realmente no recomendaría este lugar a nadie."

"Horrible service..I gave 1 start because Im Required to give 1 if I want to write a review. My son has a appointment in 2 weeks but today I had to take off work because my son had a bad fever. 1st of all, no walk ins allowed even if it is an emergency. Completely do not care about kids health, I wonder how would it be if this happens to their own kids."

"Everytime I go to this office it's always an issue....even if you have appointment doesn't matter will be seen an hour later. Can't even focus on doing the job right because the receptionist is too busy worrying about if I'm wearing a mask or not ? Discriminating against patients not even the manager Gina don't care completely lied to me and said I can't get a copy of my daughter physical cause I need a reason ??? Don't waste your time here because they will lie and discriminate beware! Had to add that worker by the name of Ashley refused to book appointment because I wasn't wearing a mask what a joke and also called the cops on me cause I had to call the callcenter and complained about the horrible service"

"It used to be a good pediatric clinic but not any more. They don’t have appointments available and when you get one they make you wait hours before doctor sees the patient. Once doctor saw my child I had to wait about another hour because he forgot to prescribe some medicine. Also, another day I called early to ask about the flue vaccine, they said come between 3-4 pm as a walk-in, when I showed up at the office, the receiptionist was extremely rude and said they were not doing vaccines on that day."
