Don’t assume everybody is the same and make sure you know someone’s mental health state prior to voicing your personal opinion. Other than that the Physicians assistant was amazing, caring, and factual."

"I recently visited the orthopedic office and had an overall average experience. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the waiting area was comfortable. Though, the reception staff were very impolite and disrespectful regarding patients. During my visit, I interacted with several female staff members. While their professionalism was evident, I found the level of engagement to be somewhat rude. They provided the necessary information and assistance but lacked a certain warmth or friendliness that could have enhanced the overall experience. I find myself unintentionally privy to the staff's negative discussions about both their colleagues and fellow patients. This exposure, in my opinion, is an unwelcome experience for any patient who shouldn't have to endure such disparaging conversations. During my interaction with a particular staff member, Mariana, I detected a notably disrespectful tone. While she efficiently carried out her duties during my surgery, my subsequent request for a simple document turned into a disheartening encounter. Instead of promptly providing the necessary information, she subjected me to a barrage of questions. Despite responding respectfully, she persisted with her abrasive tone, delving into my personal experiences beyond the scope of medical matters, leaving me feeling thoroughly uncomfortable. I was left with a very sour taste in my mouth. This is no reflection on Dr. Charles Epstein, he was amazing and carefully considered my needs: he has great bed-side manner. This section of my review is mostly directed to the unthoughtful staff/representatives. The medical team, on the other hand, demonstrated expertise and took the time to address my concerns. The facilities seemed up-to-date, and the treatment process was explained thoroughly. In conclusion, my experience at the orthopedic office was satisfactory (with only the medical team), but I believe there is room for strong improvement in terms of customer engagement and interpersonal communication."

"They have to have better communication with their patients, and pay attention to what they are doing. I told them over the phone my insurance changed and they waited until I got there to tell me Dr. Ekstan was out of network. I was waiting for days in pain to see the doctor. All I got from representative was “you want to see the doctor you have to pay” Now I have to shop around for another DR. They need to have more considerations for people pain and time."
