"Arrived at 7:15 am at the Ridgewood lab corp and there was only 1 person at the lab. There were 20 clients waiting and numerous clients simply walked out due to lack of available seats and large number of individuals waiting. The lab tech working was great but the staffing was totally inadequate. Perhaps there should be a posting on the lab corp website when staffing is insufficient. Very unprofessional and disappointing."
