"The time on the website is wrong they never open at 9 AM and the staff here is always rude when in person, and they take a very long time to answer the phone, there are many times that they're just chit chatting and ignoring calls. And when making a complaint with doctor Patel he does nothing and he simply says don't talk to the other workers who does not work for him. Even when asked can you report this to their boss he refuses to do so."

"These Doctors need to pay attention to who their hiring, 1)it take forever for someone to answer the phone, 2) when the nurse got ready to take my blood for blood work she had no gloves on. 3) they are unprofessional, I told the receptionist I need a referral for xyz, she question the reason why I would need it, I had to tell her it’s between my Doctor & I…. I’m completely switching my primary care provider. This is unacceptable & they have zero class."

"Do not come here. Incredibly unprofessional Dr Patel refused to give me a basic physical. He was too offended that I mentioned I needed referrals to 2 specialists (audiologist & dermatologist) while telling him that I was coming in for a routine physical. After talking, when it was time for the physical he said “no, you’re 28, you’re fine.” I told him I was confused. He said “I am also upset with you” and that he’d been working in medicine for 40+ years, qualified for this & that, etc. Basically refused to do his job because he was too hurt that I had mentioned the specialist referrals before he looked at what was wrong himself. Very confusing, unprofessional. Didn’t do his job at all, refused service, incredibly rude."
