Mike is so helpful, he brings different equipment to our home for my husband to try out, and we feel he’s very knowledgeable about the newest equipment out there. From the first point of contact via email with manager, Diane, regarding the rental of a scooter to the in person office visit to learning and understanding that the jazzy passport chair was a better fit for us, was a great experience. Jessica took great care and time with explaining the differences between the two mobility units and in demonstrating how to operate each unit.
