Hudson Valley Imaging - New Windsor

"This was my first visit. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. My scans were done on time and resulted on the portal promptly. If I need any additional imaging I will be returning to their New Windsor location. I'm a nurse and I was impressed with this practice, it was a great experience."

"I had a 10:15 am. appointment. I did leave their until 1pm. I was told they couldn't do a mammogram without a sonogram. They told me it was a policy. I asked them to show me the policy. They never did. The supervisor came out and said the same thing. So I agreed to do both. The supervisor told me it will be another hour wait at least. It was about 11:15am when were conversing about fitting me in for both. Mind you I already had a 10:15am appointment. The supervisor told me if I didn't want to wait, she could reschedule me. I had already waited an hour . When she made that statement. I explained to her I have already waited one hour and I took off work. I asked her, your only accommodations is wait another hour or reschedule and she stated that's all she could do. So I was at that appointment from 10:15 am to 1pm or more. I have been going to that facility since I was a young woman I am now 53yrs old. I have never waited that long their and I was never treated with that level of disrespect. I'm not going to let that one bad experience stop me from coming, but I would appreciate if management could please ask the supervisor to be more accommodating to patients with appointment that take off work. She was wrong for that. God bless and I pray I will never have to experience anything like that again."
