"Every thing in life is not always perfect, as consumers we are conditioned to expect everything to be perfect, and go flawlessly. This is not always the case and quite frankly you never know how good a company is until you have a problem and see how they rectify it. Last week All Breed was scheduled to washed and give my dogs a summer cut. Tom came out 15 minutes ahead of schedule (in 95 degree weather) to perform the service. The dogs really like him and go to him without hesitation. Unfortunately during the haircut his clipper failed and the dog was mid-treatment and obviously didn't look to good. (see previous post) Tom was extremely apologetic as it was Sunday he was unable to get parts or a new clipper to complete the task. He told me he would contact me as soon as he had a new clipper which he did on Tuesday 7/3. On the fourth of July Tom cam back out to complete the task which he did perfectly. My dog couldn't have looked better and to my surprise they would not accept my payment. What an honorable small business. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I will call again as soon as my dog needs treatment."
