"Today I had a very bad experience at Bark Avenue Pet Salon. It started off just fine... I dropped off my dog and she told me it would be about 2-2.5 hours. That's fine. After 1.5 hours I wanted to call just to check on her ( my dog almost died a few years ago and I have PTSD from the emergency vet care and everything that had happened to her in the past) and at first no one picked up. So I called again and someone would pick up just to hang up the phone. So I obviously called back and this went on 3 times when on the 3rd time the person yelled at me and reprimanded me as if I was a child and said "I told you 2-2.5 hours" in a very angry yelling voice and hung up on me. All I wanted Jess just a few seconds to check on my dog. She was incredibly unprofessional, mean, and nasty. No one deserves to be spoken to that way and then hung up on without even being able to get a word in. If she had enough time to pick up and hang up several times- she had enough time to take 3 seconds to tell me everything was going well. I am VERY upset with how I was treated. I do not recommend this salon. At first they appear nice until you need to call them...."

"These ladies are wonderful! They take such great care of my blind/deaf cocker spaniel I never worry when she’s there and she comes home looking great. They’re attentive and understanding of her special needs (I’m pretty sure they groom her on the floor because she’s anxious on the table!) so I know she’s being cared for during her grooming. I wouldn’t trust her with anyone else. Great prices, good communication, fantastic service! Thank you Bark Avenue!"

"It was a nice bunch of ladies with reasonable prices. Otis is a English Bulldog. His wrinkles on his face are hard to keep up with. That was the only thing I felt could have been better....."
