"Stay away from this place. I’ve gone without necessary medications multiple times the past several years because you have to call in yourself to make a phone appointment instead of just a monthly schedule. That might not be so bad if they actually answered their phones and if they properly scheduled appointments but they do not. I’d give less than 1 star if possible, many people are left to suffer because this practice is a mess."

"THIS IS UPDATED FROM A 5☆ IN THE PAST A patient with Dr. Wilkins for years, then all of a sudden, couldn't get a hold of anyone. Since covid they have been phone only and whenever I call I got a message telling me to call during normal business hours, I was calling during normal business hours but always got the message instead of a person. For a long time, I would get a call back in less than 24 hours, but then nothing. No one would call, couldn't get an appointment (obviously), couldn't get my medications, and ran out. Had to get them from my primary Dr. Now I have a new psychiatrist and new meds. I'm doing way better now with the new meds, and I am feeling better about it. I would not go back to him at all."

"I’ve been with Dr Wilkins for 12 years now! He’s really an amazing doctor. I’m pretty sure I’m his favorite patient. He’s seen me through my pregnancy, and I truly trust him. He’s committed to his patients and family. He’s very respectable yet personable and funny. Anyone would be lucky to have him as a doctor"

"Do not waste your time and money here. I have at most 4 minutes of time to talk before it's over. Today, I had literally 25 seconds of a phone call, after telling Dr. Wilkins I was doing awful. Happened before. He prescribes a random med, then hangs up. We spent 100 dollars for a 25 second call that wasn't even on time. Spend your time and money somewhere else. If you try to reschedule or change your appointment time, you just get an answering machine. No follow up plans, just 25 seconds and a random med. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!"

"Dr. Wilkins has been my Doc for 8 years. He knows what works and what doesn’t. When I first went to see him I was a complete mess but he got me stable. I actually have not had to see him for over a year since I have been finally been able to get off of all medication which is been a big victory for me. And yet I still check in with him and The level of care you get from him and his staff is A+ quality. I probably would not be here today if it wasn’t for him and that help me help me to get."
