"I made an appointment and checked in online when I arrived in the parking lot. Before I even sat down in the waiting room my name was called. The phlebotomist was friendly and skilled. The facility was very clean and organized. I was in an out in under 10 minutes!"

She's fast and efficient and gets it done right. The building is also very clean and well kept, everyone I have spoken to has been nice and I definitely will be coming back and I recommended this Quest location 100%"

"I switched from Labcorp since the usual tech hasn't been there and the recent person is rude and unprofessional. But Janice at Quest in Medford renewed my faith in this profession - she is uncommonly professional, very polite and thoughtful. Late patients, walk-ins and other minor problems were handled very respectfully. A rose among thorns as far as this profession goes."

"The experience in 3 words. Slow, rude, aggravating. 30 minute wait time even with an appointment scheduled because they are "backed up" when they are talking to patients. You want answers to why you haven't seen your test results in a week? You'll be blamed or your doctor with incoherent words forming in there mouth trying to convince you they aren't to blame. I found out they haven't sent my results in! They don't have an inkling how bad there service is which shows the ignorance they have. Excellent at drawing blood but that is the only skill they have. It's unfortunate the downhill spiral of services for the past year."
