"My dog is 14 years old and HATES the groomers. But here, they are so good with him and calm him down. He still isn’t happy, but this is the only place he’s been in 14 years where he isn’t totally miserable. For me, that’s five stars!"

"I’ve been to this grooming salon 3 times now. The first two times were a good experience. However this last time, they shaved my labradoodle all the way down. There was no styling around her face, it was just shaved. There was a long razor line down one of her back legs that was cut deeper than the rest of her shave. There was no shaping or styling with this cut, just shaved all the way down. Something I could have done at home and not paid over $200 for. Unfortunately I will not be returning."

"The staff was very nice and accommodating. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I didn’t love the grooming. There’s no issues with quality. It just wasn’t what I asked for and not really my preference on style of cut. Otherwise good experience."

"They’re so great! My doodle can get pretty matted, but he always comes back fresh, clean, and looking super cute. I prefer them to other groomers I’ve used on the UWS because the style of cut they do and the friendly, accommodating nature of the staff."

"This groomer is so wonderful. They take great care of the animals and are very gentle with them. They always call to make sure any change to expected cut is ok (my pup needed a shorter haircut due to some mats) and always make their best effort to get you an appointment as soon as they can. Could not recommend them more!"
