Urban Dog

"Walked over to ask if they take walk-ins this morning for a nail trim as we were right there. The man was rude and said, "Well I have four other dogs in the back, why do you think I can take walk-ins?" A simple, no, we do not would have sufficed. I would have gladly made an appointment but thought to ask just in case. I will not be back given how rude he was. EDIT: I'm not sure why the owner is replying with a false version of events. It's disappointing because I know what was said and what was "seen on camera" was absolutely not what was told to me in person. From what I can tell, every less than stellar review has a rebuttal. I went in to ask, not necessarily expecting to be attended to. The point was not that I felt entitled to the groomer's time nor was I upset at being turned down - I would have been genuinely happy to make an appointment but the attitude from the groomer was uncalled for. I'd be concerned leaving my finicky dog with him if he is this way when asked a simple question."

"Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear a paw print apron at Urban Dog. Jaymie came to our dachshund’s rescue to cut his nails. Not so fun fact: Dachshunds are notorious for squirming at the mere sight of a nail clipper. Jaymie was able to steady our wiggly boy and cut all 20 nails in about 5 mins. She even filed them! We will definitely be taking our puppert for regular grooming at Urban Dog!"

"Nese is by far the best groomer for my girls. I’ve gone to several and her cuts are the cutest. My girls just got cut from someone else and the photos is a fixer after. She doesn’t do the blunt cut across the mouth which I can’t stand. It’s always round and adorable. The last photo is her cut not after a botch. Beautiful. Thx Nese."

"Very neat and lovely place. Jaymie is very professional and considerate. She carefully listened to all our needs and gave out the perfect grooming service. The price is pretty fair compared to other groomers I've been to before."
