One flew off the counter when I tried to cut it in half and it still didn't even chip from bouncing off the floor, that's how hard it was. You would think they would be fresh on a Monday."

"I always thought I liked it here because of Natalie and Ginette, but somehow got Britney this time (did not ask for her) and she shaved my beautiful doodle down to the skin. Britney was not friendly, did not seem to show interest in my preferences, and did not contact me before making my dog practically bald. The other groomers consider “shaving” her to be shorter hair. Apparently to Britney, this meant take all the hair off that is possible. I cried when I saw my looking like this. Thanks for nothing, Britney. Praying this grows out before my weeding, in a month!!!!!"
