"A+ 5 Stars. My 1st time to this place and 100% satisfied. Very nice, professional yet casual place and they did a terrific job with caring for my dog. She went in FILTHY and came out beautifully groomed. And I should point out I did not have an appointment. I had a filthy dog and everyone else I had used in the past was closed so I stumbled upon this place and they made time for us hearing how our dog went to battle with black mulch. So this was a fantastic experience for us and we will be supporting Erin and her Pet Spa as our 1st choice in the future."

"I just recently started going to Shampooches and I’m so so happy that someone recommended Erika to us I will never go anywhere else, previous groomer for some reason my boys were so extremely stressed they would scream and cry on the way there, we would hear from the owner that they would scream and cry there and when we picked them up the minute they saw us the screams were heartbreaking, I just thought they hated to get there haircut, since going to Shampooches they are completely different so much calmer, no more screaming and crying and what makes it better is it’s the best haircut they have had and they smell amazing!!
