"Awful stay here. Room and location are about 3*. For my stay, a full on domestic altercation started in the hallway between 5-6 people at 1am. Really loud, yelling, threats, etc. Front desk did nothing. For the next 2 hours this continued in the hallway and in the guests room. Earplugs wouldn't have helped anything. Front desk was well aware and could not or would not resolve it at all - I'm not sure what they were waiting for but it was miserable for everyone. Situation died down at 3am. Next day all the desk could muster was a "Sorry". No excuses - have respect for your guests and call the cops at some point if a situation is out of control."

"Just like a Best Western but just tiny bit cleaner. I paid $200 to sleep in the garage floor next to noisy vehicles. No special amenities in the room. Bathroom is small. Service is fine. They do what they can. In terms of cleanliness. The shower carpet in the shower stall was dirty and so was the faucet and sink top."
