"This place is a nightmare. Staff is very rude and never take calls. Had been trying to contact them over month and never pick the call or return the calls.they do charge $30 as fee to change the pcp even after you pay them $30 they won’t send papers to new pcp until you go there office at least 3 times. They ain’t even deserve 1star and stay away from this place."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. This office is terrible! Please do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time! The doctor is fantastic but it does not outweigh the awful, unprofessional and tactless office staff. The office staff LIED to me for months when my husband and I tried get a Labcorp situation rectified. They lied and provided us completely false answers and fabricated stories. I asked for their “contacts” information to call myself and they refused! This ended up costing us HUNDREDS of dollars because they made it very clear in the last conversation that welp it’s my words against theirs. Our primary care physicians office completely screwed us and they thought it was comical!!! Additionally, they do not answer their phones and you have to leave a message and hope they call you back!! The kicker? Due to the complete disgust with this office we decided to change pcp’s and they’re withholding our medical records unless we pay them $25 a piece!!after all they did. Terrible, disgusting and completely unethical!"

All they care about is being superior and making you feel like you are stupid. Dr Sacco was amazing but the past few years he is the front page of his rude office staff. Good riddance"

"I have never wasted my time writing a review but I had to make an exception today. If you notice these reviews, From 9-10 Months to NOW, all the reviews have been less than 2 stars. It is insane that no one in that office has noticed that and has made some changes. It’s like they don’t care anymore. Doctor Sacco, as well as his office, used to be a pleasant and warming place (As a Sick Patient) to go to (or call) to make your appointments, Not anymore. It is just a really uncomfortable and disgusted environment. My question for the Doctor and his Office is; What is the purpose of being a Doctor if you don’t treat your patients correctly? And/Or How good would your career and reputation be if you don’t have patients at all? Because you just lost me as one, definitely lost 2 patients that took the elevator with me on my way out today who shared the same disgusted thoughts and sure did lost a few others that I personally recommended."
