"1st, the receptionists are lovely and kind!!!! Dr Fellibrico is horrid. I have aflotoxin, a disease I will eventually die of with one of the most carcinogenic substances living in my body. I came to him for a script for a full body cancer screening and he decided to pick a fight over the words "terminally ill" with his point being I will not die soon of which he would not know as he is not treating Me for this. This was not only insensitive but unuseful to our 15 minute appointment of which I walked out of. I will now find a new doctor who knows the point of helping a patient and not debate club."
"This office is terrible! They change appointment locations with out telling you. I've been going here since I was born, my kids have gone there since they were born now all of a sudden most of the Doctors don't see kids under 18 or give pediatric shots anymore. I show up for an 8:15 appointment with my son only to find out the Doctor he is scheduled with won't see him because of his age. Now I have to wait and take him to a different location. The front desk is of no help and could careless of any inconvenience to the patient. When I asked for my sons chart I was told I could not have it until I found a new doctor. Since HMH has taken over this office has gone down hill rapidly and I will find a new doctor out side of HMH. Forgot to mention they don't see sick patients anymore... only virtual then refer you to a walk in Dr if you are sick."
"Absolutely awful front desk staff. They never fax referrals despite multiple calls, it's a nightmare for scripts and just all around no follow through. The doctors are great. They really need to hire more front desk staff or hire people who actually want to do their job"
"April and Maria have helped me get on track in treating a rare disease I have. They caught early signs and issues and made sure I was seeing the proper specialists. They answer my calls immediately and make sure to call me back or do a telehealth with me shortly after I call. I’m very thankful for both of them. If April hadn’t asked me to get some critical bloodwork done then I may not be here today. I’m thankful for them."
"They have horrible patient relations. The office manager is rude and nasty. She has no patient or social skills. The only thing this office thinks of is money. I went to see the doctor in September, so I had a recent appointment and would not need another. I needed them to sign my shot records so that I could send them into the school I was transferring to. They ran me around for two weeks and then finally as I was at the deadline for this paper to be submitted they tell me I have to come in and have an appointment with the doctor for a TB shot that I did NOT need. All they wanted was to get an appointment out of me so that they could get paid. I am livid. All of my records are in row and because they greedy they have my education backed up. I and my family will not be returning."
