"Can’t comment on Dr. Jacob herself because I have not been able to make an appointment. But I can comment on the office staff and the lack of care they have towards their jobs and towards clients. I have tried multiple times to make an appointment, they take down names and insurance information and say that they’ll check insurance coverage and call back, but they never actually follow through. I have called multiple times over the past 2 weeks and all I get is just another promise for a call back that never comes. Every time I call, the office staff sound like I just woke them up from their afternoon nap!"
