"I had dropped my son(who is 4) off at the haverstraw location. He came back crying with feces in his underwear. He is potty trained and has no problem with telling adults he has to use the bathroom. He was crying nonstop. He thought I would be mad at him. He said that the people wouldn’t listen to him having to use the bathroom because they didn’t smell anything. This is totally unacceptable and I hope no one ever brings their kids to this location or even the New City one. I do not trust this company. They do not know how to properly look after children."
