"Rachel is the best admin for any DR that I've ever seen. I have "issues" all the time, no one cares more then her. Rachel looks out for patients, helps keep me calm and is the best there ever was. Very Caring and respectful doctor. Never talks down to a patient and has their best interest at heart. I been seeing the doctor for at least 10 yrs now, he keeps me going monthly with his practice. Plus Rachel is very efficient and caring receptionist."
"Worst Psychiatrist I have ever been to. Doesn't listen at all when you're explaining your symptoms. Completely blows off your symptoms. I ended up in the hospital due to a crisis because I told him the meds I weer on weren't working and they made me worse. If I could give no stars I would. Also phone appts lasting 2min and 30 seconds should not be charged for $300 especially with no help. And the receptionist is not any better."
"Wife Had a phone concaltation with Dr panah told her to stop taking one of her meds he received her ,insurance info witch his practice takes called my wife two days before her appointment said he can't help her l guess because she's not addicted to anything the more people in his practice that's addicted he gets funds from the state"
"Giving one star is generous. I came to Dr. Panah to establish myself as a new patient. I arrived ten minutes early to fill out my paperwork, as is respectful and common. The time of my appointment came, after about ten minutes late I asked the receptionist if I had come at the correct time. She responded with a complete lack of courtesy for my time and said the Dr was on a lunch break and would be back but she didn't know when. Thirty minutes after my appointment time another patient arrived and was taken within five minutes. The receptionist told me he was an established patient and his appointment would only last about ten to fifteen minutes and my appointment would take longer. When I was finally seen by the doctor he was incredibly incompassionate. While opening up about my experiences with people abusing me throughout school he asked me if it was because I was overweight. I told him no because I had anorexia all throughout my teenage years. I fail to see why a Dr would make an assumption like that, and furthermore why he would make a comment like that about my body if he had read my intake paperwork he would have known about my disordered eating. Worst psychiatrist in the state with a HUGE lack of professionalism."
"Very caring and respectful doctor."
