"If I tell you what happened to me at this clinic you won't believe, so I only place one star atlanticare only have kids practitioners, not old doctors with experience and professionals they have 4-year college and now they think they know everything, I am more doctor, a professional than some of these people that only have a title but not experienced and ethics."

"Went to the Healthplex yesterday to pickup a prescription for my mother, pharmacist said there was no refills for them. So I went to make an appointment for my mother to get her prescriptions because she can’t skip or stop out of nowhere. Got to the 2nd floor and the next available appointment was for next month :( Luckily I came back to ask to speak to the nurse because it was really urgent for my mom to get her meds and the nurse, which I totally forgot to ask for her name!!!:( but she literally got my mom her refill AND an urgent appointment to see my mom’s PCP next day. I am so thankful for that nurse!!! Without her advocating and getting her team to coordinate an opening for my mom, god knows what would of happened to her once she completely stopped her meds for a month. Once I get that nurse’s name I will edit this post and hope she gets a raise or recognized for her efforts!!! #healthcarehero"
