"Worst ever. I had an appointment I waited a month for. I got there and they cancelled saying they put someone else in my spot because they called me to confirm. Lmao. Yes, they did call me to confirm two days prior and left a message saying IF I COULD NOT MAKE IT CALL THEM BACK. I have the message. So unbelievably rude. What dirtbags. I took it as a sign it was not meant to be. Old, dirty dingy office, trash receptionist and several BAD reviews online. This was also reported on Vitals, Zocdoc and to the BBB. No one deserves such poor treatment."

"Horrible Dr. seeing him for over 3 years. Had switched my Insurance and had $190 deductible. Which I asked to send me a payment plan and after sitting in office for one hour. He told me he cannot see me unless I pay this upfront in full. So here I am needing a refill on my medicine that he has been prescribing for me and monitoring me on them for 3 years. And he will not see me. So thank you for my withdrawals Dr. some dr you are. Careless heartless and don’t care bout your well being. All he cares about is money money and more money. Do not go see him"

"I have been seeing Dr. Klebenov for 1 year and he is a terrific doctor. I was going through very bad anxiety when I met him and he was extremely empathetic toward my plight. I was being treated for pancreatic cancer and Dr Klebanov was compassionate and caring! His staff is very professional"

"This dr is terrible. All he cares about is the money. My husband has been going to him for 4 months and his results were worse then before he went. He just recently got into a terrible accident losing his medication that he supposedly cant stop taking. The dr has not called him back the past 4 days and my husband still has no medication. He cancels his appointments then charges you a copay for a phone call to refill prescriptions and then he is rude like you ruined his day since he called off all his appointments. In 4 months my husband has physically seen him twice and we paid for phone calls other times cause he cant keep his office open. I would def look to other more caring drs that actually care to be in their office during office hours to treat their patients."

"This was my first trip for a real assessment to start treating my social and general anxiety. I have lived all my life with deal with this, it getting worse as I took on more from my business and personal life. Dr. Klebanov has been very helpful in diagnosing my ongoing issues and helping me find the right dosage to make me feel somewhat normal and alive again. I appreciate him and his staff very much for his help in assisting me. I just wish I would have gone sooner. Very recommended, especially if its your first time."
