"This place is the worst. They sent you documents in blank to sign. I thought I could edit it and enter the information but I was wrong. They checked out all the boxes indicated which information to be released. Well, this is wrong and against HIPPA. NEVER SIGN A DOC WITHOUT ENTERING THE INFORMATION, NEVER ALLOW ANY PLACE TO SIGN A DOCUMENT WHERE THEY CHECKED WHAT MEDICAL INFORMATION TO BE RELEASED. At intake, I was asked if I wanted virtual or in person . I said in person. She told me that only the intake was going to be virtually. At the assessment, I was told that there will be virtually meetings, not once in a while, but many times. You have to be careful because they billed your insurance with the wrong code and you have to pay extra . When I discussed all these with the people I spoke to, they all gave me different things. They are very unprofessional, including the psychiatrist. I would say the psychiatrist was the worse because she asked me to do something, which that action was going to violate someone else’s privacy. There was a sarcastic smile on her face. I was shocked. THERE ARE SO MANY PLACES OUT THERE. DON’T GO TO INNERSPACE. The lady in your billing department said that you code partial hospitalization as outpatient and there was no way to change it because that the way the system was set up. You wanted to charge co payments as outpatient when I asked for partial hospitalization. Yes, you did not billed me like that. I made a complaint right away with the things you were doing completely wrong. Probably, some people don’t know or are not aware and they paid whatever."
