"The staff was so accommodating. They went above and beyond for us. Great customer service is hard to come by especially in NYC but everyone was so geuine and helpful. The rooms were large and bright. They had ice and water machines on multiple floors and the location is great. Definitely will be back!"

"Just did three days and two nights here. Found by accident chains were crazy. Thought it was great. The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful (I don’t need much though). The room was exactly as advertised yes small but I know what I was getting. If I was with someone I would get a bigger room. Rooms are very stark. It’s the design. Yes a rug or two or some more prints might help but that’s taste not a fault. Street is quiet but close to everything. I walked to the park. SoHo. Everywhere. Right off fifth I’d stay here again and am at least once a month through April. Very good find"

"Overall enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and spacious for New York. Only negative thing about the room was the floors as they were cement and rough. Other than that everything else was great our room was cleaned everyday. Location was great as it is located in Koreatown and minutes from great restaurants and attractions. Service was great and especially happy with the fact that they allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout as our flight was not until later."

"Stayed here in early October and would absolutely love to stay here again! We stayed in a deluxe king room and it was beautiful. While we didn’t have a view, it didn’t change the fact that the room and bathroom was very clean. The bathroom was so nice and spacious and the tall shower head was a small detail that made it feel that much more luxurious!! The location was amazing for my stay, right in Koreatown, not too far from Times Square or Penn Station. Loved the area, the staff, and the room itself! Cant wait to stay here again!"
