"The receptionist needs to be retrained they're so rude and miserable. They say the office opens at 9:00 am but they don't answer phones till 9:30-10:00 am. I took my daughter there because she had a really bad cold they told me nothing was wrong with her i went to another doctor office a week later just because i tried to schedule an appointment with them but the receptionist gave me an attitude and hung up the phone on me and come to find out she ended up having pink eye and a respiratory infection....I only went here because Dr. Jain was my doctor when i was younger and wanted to stay where i know but never again."
