"I called to ask a few questions regarding insurance & schedule & the front desk lady was beyond disgusting & rude!!!!! She has no respect!!!!!! She spoke to me so NASTY!!!!!! Idk how Dr.Salim can someone like her working there! So sad because from what I hear he has a good reputation. I’m glad I gave her a peace of my mind at the end of the phone call."
"Need to change of the front desk lady, because the way she treats people is very RUDE! she is not professional on the phone and lazy. If she will continue working there - doctor will have a hard to getting clients..."
"Great pediatrician. Love the facility and the service. Very welcoming and fast. Dr. listened to our concerns and answered all. We have the same pediatrician since we moved to East New York. Ask for Jacelyn at the front desk, she was very nice and explained everything. She also provides us Bengali translator for my mom and dad. Office Location. El-Nunu Medical P.C. 596 Pennsylvania Ave., 1st Floor Brooklyn, NY 11207"
"Showed up for an appointment and the doctor wasn't there. Got an aggressive, argumentative secretary instead of an apology. Made a 10 am appointment on ZocDoc and was "greeted" by the nastiest office secretary I've ever met who let informed me that the doctor wouldn't be in until the afternoon. She treated both my sick child and myself as if we were intruders and argued with me the entire time I was there because I simply asked for a school note to excuse my son's lateness. She went on to tell me that the "look on my face" tells her that I'm upset and that it's not her fault. Never said it was her fault, but am I not allowed to have a disappointed look on my face? I asked her why the look on my face was so offensive to her when we were the ones that traveled across town taking off from work and school just to make an appointment? At this point I was just ready to leave. I just wanted a school note for my kid to justify his lateness. She asked if I wanted to reschedule the appointment, but her rude disposition mad me feel questionable about the doctor's care so I declined. She then said in order to get the school note, I needed to make an additional appointment. So I agreed to make an additional appointment in order to get the note. She then because aggressive with me (I honestly think she was high on drugs) telling me I'm just making an appointment in order to get the school letter. At that, I asked her why was she treating me this way as a medical professional and I'm here with my child who was visibly ill. And she couldn't give me an answer. Based on the treatment from this secretary alone in the presence of my sick child, I would never go to this doctor's office again."
