From front desk staff, that are very compassionate and accommodating, to nurses and doctors that dont just write of unnecessary antibiotics, but look out for the best for our kids. I have been a patient of doctor Marshalik myself as teenager and that was twenty years ago - he is still the best in the area and only one I would trust my children to. Dr.Voronin, his associate, is also great Pediatrician and my kids just love her as a person."

"I want to start off by saying that Dr.Marshalik is a very good and patient person and doctor. The office and front desk staff however could use a lot of work, they schedule a bunch of people in one time slot and when you show up with a very sick child they tell you to wait for an hour an half! And when you have a problem with that, they tell you that you’re rude! Julia and Burata are extremely immature and unprofessional, act like it’s absolutely normal to have to wait for an hour and a half with a sick child who won’t stop coughing with a room full of sick kids with viruses, no apologies, but instead act very arrogant. Very unorganized and very unprofessional and rude. Will definitely not be coming back."

"This is the first pediatric that I took my daughter to ,and since then we are only going to this location . Doctor Marshalik and doctor Voronin are very professional and pleasant persons ,my daughter absolutely love them . Yes it's crowded there at the beginning of the week because they don't work on weekends ,but life is life ,lines are everywhere ,and everywhere you have to wait .Someone understand that ,and someone not . Otherwise This Pediatric Doctor is recommended by me if you are looking where to take your baby ."

"The best doctor out there! Been with him for 16 years and all three kids come to him, but, lately, his new front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional! Because of them, thinking to leave that place. Extremely hard to get an appointment, they absolutely don't care how urgent you need a doctor, oh, they give diagnosis and advices over the phone! And telling you that it's your fault that you didn't get a doctor's note for school earlier, like why didn't you, or you should've. I think it's not their business to give me an advices, they should just do their job, especially, when they don't know the reasons why a mother of 3 sick kids couldn't get a note earlier! And today is a last day of school and assistant of principle waiting for a note, but a secretary very rude and said that she will do it whenever she will, and by that time school will be closed. Why? Also, my sister's baby (3weeks old), stopped eating , was clearly in pain and made very weird moves and noises, a secretary refused the appointment and gave diagnosis herself over the phone! WTH!? I am sure, if dr.Marshalik would've known about that, the girl wouldn't work there anymore. We love dr.Marshalik, he is truly the best doctor, but over the years, at this moment, his front desk is the worst one. Never experienced anything like that before. And it's not just these two episodes, I just can't tolerate it anymore."
