"OK doctor for when nothing goes really wrong. Common colds, ear infections, etc. However, when things are not so straightforward she has no plan and no idea what to do. My daughter had mono and we had to come to her office multiple times and actually beg her to do a simple mono test to figure out what's wrong. Her office staff is just TERRIBLE. They give you medical and parenting advice, but are not doing the job that they were hired to do well. In addition, the office is ANCIENT. They don't have card readers for co-payments, don't know how to make electronic referrals (even if the insurance plan requires it) and when I asked for an itemized bill to submit to my plan, they "receptionist" gave me a handwritten note that no-one would accept. It's 2023. If you don't know what is wrong with the patient-- google it (if it's outside of your medical training and experience or medical you are too busy to use medical resources). And for god's sake please learn how to submit billing correctly and do your job. Children's health is in your hands. Is a little more competence too much to ask?"

"Dr. Kofman have been treating my kids for past 18 years. All four of our kids like her. She is very thorough and staff are amazing as well. True waiting time is very long but I rather wait for good doctor then be rushed with other. My son is almost 21 and still goes to dr. Kofman."

"No more cramped old office - they got a large office with an elevator access and a huge waiting room. The front desk personnel takes some getting used to... you have to find the right approach - but if you are familiar with the "soviet" demeanor, you will do just fine. They are all very caring regardless. You need to be good about your own follow up - as in any place. The Doctor is stellar, we bring our second child there. All questions are answered and we are never rushed. Come prepared with your questions - the Dr cannot read your mind. Highly recommend."
