"From last 10years my Full family kids goes to her around 18kids and yesterday because of her office manager,I waste all my day she told me doctor can’t correct my child name in the child health form when I called the health department they said it’s the doctor who will correct it,on top her excuse we don’t accept united health insurance from last two months so go find another doctor who will accept united health, I have paid cash for the visit we didn’t expect this answer from her she should be more helpful rather then telling us change Doctor, Office manger knows we already changed our insurance provider in front of her because Dr Larissa Don’t accept United Health Her office manager said I’m here To make sure my doctor get business “like this you lose business and loyal customers” My causon told me he have 5kids and he changed doctor Larissa to another doctor last week because of your office manager behavior!"
