"The whole office is very kind and friendly. My daughter screams like a lunatic because she doesn't really understand yet that the Dr is trying to help. The nurse and Dr were very gentle and even though my daughter was screaming, they were great! They're also very good with appointments, not over booking. We never had to wait too long to be called in the room or see the Dr. Dr Shanker is also very thorough. I highly recommend!"

"Wait times are ridiculous for both Dr. Shankar and Dr. Saif even with an appointment expect to wait 2 hours. Office staff is a hit or miss. You never know what type of attitude you will receive from the staff or doctor!"

I know she's a good doctor but the extreme long holds on the phone, extreme long waits at the office and rude staff have become unbearable now. I need a new doctor that will be available incase my kids are sick. It's a shame that she's a great doctor but the practice is run horribly. Looking for a new pediatrician..."
