"My kids have been coming her way back since they were born. My daughter is 22 and my son 17 and primarily see Dr. Luke who is awesome. He knows my kids hx and still come here. We have seen doctors that are no longer here and retired and all have been like family. No problems getting appts and the nurse line has always been a savior to me. I am grateful for everything these professionals have helped me with my kids. They are truly family Thank you"

"This office is horrible. Went to a first appointment after giving birth to my newborn baby. The office feels run down, like you’re in a third world country. The AC didn’t work, small exam rooms. The physician assistant told me to come back a few days later for a weight check. I could have bought a scale at home and weighed my baby because they charged me an office visit for a 5 minute check on the scale. Such a scam and waste of time!"

"Tried making a appt for my twins every time you call it was somthing different I had to give them my kids information and wait for a call back. I called them back a week later to then be told I should of sent their medical records to the office because when the doctor checked their charts their was no vaccines. First of all I didn't no the doctor would be checking their chart if I new this I would of told them they where born into the Atlantic Heath system but most of their care was under Meridian Heath. So I sent them their last pediatric visit note and vaccination record took 2 weeks for them to call me back at that point I said forget it never had to go thru so much just to established care with a pediatrician."

"I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I get one bad experience can ruin it. However, I've been going here for almost two years and each time I have had a great experience with both doctors at the practice. I highly recommend Dr. Luke. He is very knowledgeable and very nice. Explains things in detail. The front end staff are super nice and I have never had any issues with any of them. The nurse(s) are so sweet and my son loves them all. I will keep coming to this practice, thank you to all the staff for all your help and kindness."

"I hate this pediatrician office. They would charge for each doctor appointment $240, $270, etc… exaggerated amount of money for a baby. For a baby that can easily get sick. They had the audacity to let me know about 1 or 2 months later that the baby wasn’t covered through Tricare. Meanwhile they were charging me every time I showed up with my child without letting me know. It’s ridiculous the amount of money they were charging me. I went to another pediatrician and she charged me about $60 for not having health insurance for my baby. Unlike this stupid office charging like my baby was a teenager or an adult. RIDICULOUS!!!! If I could rate it it would be a -10. And we had to pay them back for all that accumulated money."
