"I barely ever leave a reviews. I worked is customer service for over a decade so when I do leave a review it’s normally because a place/person went above and beyond. THIS place just disappointed me. When our regular dr left the office we were getting hopped around to multiple doctors. Every appointment we had, it seemed as though the pediatricians weren’t reviewing my kids file history because they kept prescribing medications that we previously mentioned didn’t work. There was a glitch in documents portal never allowed me to see my son’s records. Then when we switched practices, I learned Shukla (the owner of the practice) has her offices charging $1 per page of my daughters necessary medical history to give to the new pediatric office. Not to mention an additional $10 fee every time her school asks for annual physical documentation (as though she doesn’t get and arm and a leg for my insurance as it is). SHUKLA, you know what that policy shows GREED. Yes, paper costa, and so does ink. These are YOUR patients, your LOYAL patients, treat them with kindness and hospitality instead of treating them like a flea market. The Edison office is frequently RUDE! When I referred my friend there, two days after she gave birth to her daughter, she told her that’s she still looks like she pregnant. What kind of service is that? So I ask myself, why did I stay for so many years? It’s because I trusted the orginal pediatrician who left and the front desk in the Amboy office were always so kind. Other than that, I can’t stand that place."

"A disappointing experience. Wanted to do COVID vaccine for my kid. Got this number through you NJ.gov site. I called and made an appointment. Pulled my kid off school for it. But once i reach they told me first the appointment is only for Phsycial and she does vaccine only for her patients. I was taken aback.. but was Ok to change my daughters PCP to Dr. Shukla. Spent another 30 mins with insurance doing the same. Then after all this another paperwork mess .. asked for past vaccines from my current Dr. Which I got.. and after all this she says she needs more info on vaccine. And asked me to come tomorrow... What an incredible waste of my time and my child's class time for a vaccine that she should get asap, the whole country wants that.. and this Drs office acts as if some favor is being done!..AVOID if you all can"
