"So I called to make an appointment as a new patient for my child with a disability, and ANNA BIAZ apparently the supervisor answered the phone, I was speaking to her explaining the reason for my call and she was just completely RUDE BEYOND MEASURES like if she gets paid to argue on the phone for a living. She was so unprofessional and disrespectful and aggressive for absolutely no reason, never once gave me a chance to speak at all to the point I had to change my tone to become as aggressive as her! to add injury to insult she tried to insult my intelligence, me being a grown educated woman quickly dismissed her and requested to speak to someone else because she clearly was having a bad day and was taking it out on me. I’m a highly educated grown woman with a child with a disability, the disrespect and unprofessional attitude I experienced today was unacceptable…. With that being said I’m making it my business for ANNA BIAZ to never forget who I am…. So I proceeded to schedule an appointment because I will make it my business to get you fired, I will not let your bad attitude strip my son away from the services that he needs. And I promise you ANNA when I do arrive to the office for the appointment that I’m scheduled for, and when you see me in person your going to wish you never disrespected me on that phone call. Because I promise you your going to regret it once you feel my presence Good luck Solomons Mother"
