"The problem at this site is not the dedicated doctors or some of the dedicated staff the issue here is the Administrator she is very shallow and has concern only if you are spanish speaking she is rude and dismissive .if not Dr Rynjah has been there for over 20 years and has always been respectful and kind. She has seen my grandkids when there dr is unavailable"
"Dr. Rynjah refused to see my daughter who had a fever of 2 days at the 188th street montefiore location, we sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half only to hear from front desk that she would not be seeing her because she was leaving in 20 minutes.. Staff is also very rude .. Theres is only a gentlemen there that is polite but is no help at all."
