"I been coming to tribeca for awhile now with my child. The doctors are amazing. My daughter loves coming to the doctor office. But this week I took my daughter and it’ was the worse experience ever. The front desk is horrible. I’m not sure where they found this girl but she has the most nasty attitude ever. She doesn’t know how to greet people. When I asked her a question she snapped at me. And most of all when I asked after awhile how much longer we have to wait. She didn’t even bother asking the other staff she brush us off and continued sitting on her phone. I’m not sure what the policy for employees is about their phones. But I didn’t see any other person on their phone except her. Tribeca needs to do something about this front desk. I’m not the first one to notice that she has a nasty attitude and is rude to people. I spoke to other parents that bring their children to Greenpoint and they all say the same thing."

"Doctor was great (Danielle); but front desk person was rude. Barely said hi to us or looked up- just began with “last name?”. I’ve been there for the past 8 years and it’s never been this rude. You gotta make patients - the kids!- feel welcome. Even if you are having a bad day…"
