"BEWARE of DR. CROSS. She charges you over $300 to review your child's records before your actual visit! She also takes forever to discuss evaluations so she can continue to OVERCHARGE your insurance. If your insurance does not cover or you have a deductible you'll be liable for to pay all of this out of pocket on your own. Very disappointing that she would take advantage of my child. What's even worse is that she clearly was reviewing my child's reports during our visit."
