"Good doctors, but very poor customer service. For example, trying to get them to promptly send you medical records or fill out a form for your child, is very difficult and slow. An independent physician's practice, I believe, would be less bureaucratic and more responsive to such needs."

"We love this office. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We never have problems getting in for a sick visit. During office hours we always get calls back in a timely fashion. Dr Wittek, Dr Barker, and Lucia the NP have all treated both of my children with love and warmth. They are patient and thorough with frazzled parents. I was especially touched when Dr Barker called me a few hours after seeing my son to follow up to see if we had gotten a prescription she ordered. Dr Wittek also will ask after my other child if she is seeing one of my children. Those kinds of special personal touches really go a long way!"

The staff is friendly, doctors/nurses are patient, kind, knowledgeable and very educated. You wont need to cancel your whole day because your time is valued and respected here. You are in and out. The doctors listen to your concerns and offer solid advise. They do not force you to take it either. My daughter loves going here and is never opposed to a doctors visit. They attend to your needs as promptly as they can, even if you have a late night emergency, you can call for assistance and they will advise on what to do.
