"While I liked the practice itself. After 4 long days of natural birth I’d hoped for the space to relax and have my new born be seen by a physician I could trust to care for him and be informative. Dr Oie did excessive testing of his Moro Reflex. Something that was ultimately unnecessary and not only scary for him but scary for myself. Excessive testing of this reflex is only necessary in infants with parents that have a history of narcotics use or if the infant shows signs of developmental delays, none of which was the case for my new born. She did not explain what she was doing and it wasn’t until my son was seen by a different pediatrician that I gained an understanding of her poor care for my son as a new born. I recommend researching the individual physicians in the practice before allowing the staff to schedule you and your infant with a pediatrician there. I would not allow my son nor any future children of mine to be seen by Dr Oie."
