"Took my granddaughter today because her regular doctor was unavailable- Dr Marciano was dr on call. Dr M was very short with me-spent all of 4 minutes examining my granddaughter who's been vomiting, 104 temperature. She looked in ear, nose, throat, touched her stomach and leg-said she probably had stomach bug. I gave her a time line of her recurring symptoms- she took a covid test. Didn't even have the courtesy of returning into the room- she peeked her head in, said COVID test was negative,call her regular Dr if symptoms continue. I asked her to take her temperature, she said it wasn't necessary. Dr. M had no concern to listen or speak to me in a professional manner. When I went to receptionist to pay the bill I was told amount and immediately wrote out a check. After I wrote check they said it was an additional $10 which I paid . I'm 67 years old, carrying an 8 year old and had to ask staff to open door for me. I returned about 3 minutes later, forgot something and door was locked- I guess we were last patients as I Felt the exam was completely rushed- Dr was leaving parking lot. Now, I have to make appointment with her regular DR . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!"
