"Helping me recover from a broken arm. I get heat pads, doable exercises, muscle massage ice packs and lots of good advice from the physical therapist. UPDATE: Grateful to SportsCare. I have recovered most range of motion and strength in my upper arm. They discharged me with exercises and resistant bands for home. Therapists Kelli and Maria, who filled in, and Kevin, are tuned in to your needs and caring. The aides, including Domer and Justin, show how to do the exercises, and correct as needed. Flexible scheduling. Overall, a great experience."

"The staff at Sportscare Physical Theraphy at Bergenfield NJ are friendly and professional. Kevin Whelan is very knowledgeable. He is attentive to his patients. For each session, I get few minutes one on one session where he applies manual stretches on my frozen shoulder and then have me do exercises. Initially, he guided me thru each exercise to make sure i do it right then i do it on my own at the clinic while he attend to the next patient. What i like about this clinic is i never felt entirely on my own doing the exercises.. the assistant is there keeping an eye and tracking your progress. And Kevin .. he makes a point of constantly checking on me and other patients to ensure we are doing ok on our exercises, to correct if we are doing it wrong or not exerting enough effort, to cheer you on if he observes progress and improvement. This is my second time at this clinic. The first time was 5 yrs ago.. Kevin helped me walk normal again after a right knee ligament injury from slipping on an icy driveway."
