"What can I say about this office… when I had my first child, Dr. Tengson, was amazing. He was always on top of it with my child’s health or any of my concerns. I was a first time mom so I had many concerns aka a lot of trips to the office. But Once COVID hit his service has been horrible!! I had another baby and I must say every time I had an appointment it was either rushed or jus a waste of time. I’m positively sure that the doctor at this point has way too many patients he can handle. He also hired new people and oh man! The older short, blonde woman DOES NOT like to work! There’s been time that she would forward the calls to their answering machine jus to not pick up the phone. She does not like to help patients out meaning if it’s an emergency you’ll have to get there within 20mins to get there or if not it’s your lost! I definitely had to switch my babies to a new doctor, Roula Ramadi MD and WOW! What difference completely! As for the images, I haven’t talked to the office since December and I’ve been calling non stop for a SIGNED REFERRAL in order to set an appointment for physical therapy and no one is getting back to me. I’ve called, left voicemails and emails till today I haven’t received a response. Very inconsiderate"
