"This is the worst doctors office I have ever been too. My appointment was at 9:30am. I sat there with my 4 kids until 12:30 and still was not seen. I left and I will NEVER go back there"

"I don’t like coming here unless Dr Spielholz is in. The nurses are constantly late, they are not efficient & the wait times here and in the East Orange office are extremely long. They should hire new staff in both offices. Appointments are made for no reason because again, the staff is constantly late, no one seems to be responsible or reliable."

"I went for my first ever visit just to be waiting outside in the cold for the nurse to show up late opening the doors at 9:08am. She shows up to her job surprised by all the people or possibly annoyed by all the people because instead of apologizing for keeping over 20 people waiting outside she responds by saying "wow" with a poor attitude then we call to cancel our appointment due to such a bad first impression and she claims to have been open all morning trying to lie about the fact that she JUST showed up, acting as if she's been open and there since 9am. Going foward in the afternoon we called back to mention this issue to the doctor to make him aware and that's when we had the pleasure of speaking with Irma and she was an incredible help and very kind and had us return to have the doctor see our daughter. First impression last forever and now My family has a bad impression of one nurse. The rest is good. Doctor cooper which we saw was great and helpful with all questions and nurse Irma was incredibly helpful as well as very kind. We hope to have a better experience with our next visit to post a better review. Hopefully this helps others."

"All 4 of my children have been coming here since birth now ages 8,11,15 and 22 they are still coming here. They seen my kids grow up having a constant doctor is key for your children. Its clean and busy but worth the wait."
