"Had to change my rating from 5 to 1 because no one informed me that my primary doctor who I liked (Dawn) left. I booked an appointment online not knowing this, and my email confirmation gave me a different woman doctor’s name. I called to inquire about it, and the front desk person was nonchalantly like oh yea she left, and we don’t know where she went. ?!!? Also when I called, they said oh we were going to put you with this other man doctor here, not even the woman’s name in the email. This made me so uncomfortable that they would not run this by me first, and set me up to be surprised with a man I never heard of to be my new doctor. This was such poor form that I transferred my files & left altogether."
