"I placed a breakfast order at 10:15 through the app, I got to the drive-thru at 10:29 and they told me they could not give me the order and to cancel through the app which is impossible. I have never experienced such a robotic and impersonal customer service experience then at this McDonald's. I have done this same order and showed up around the same time at numerous McDonald's, and even ordered without the app after 10:30 to get breakfast with no problem. I am going to do my very best to never go to this McDonald's again, as I have had numerous problems with their management and customer service."
"I have very bad experience with this franchise. The manager name “Petro” was very rode to me he had no idea about coustomer service. I had my Tesla car at charge next to the store so had to walk to get my coffee. Mr Petro say “ I don’t get paid for walking to coustomer back and forth”. I requested him but he didn’t care at all. Very disappointed."
"10/22/22 08:30 pm Using the mobile app, I ordered a large decaf “deal” coffee for $.99 + tax Arriving at the intended 1511 Route 1 South location, I was informed by both the associate & his blue shirted that they don’t make any decaf coffee after breakfast as all it does is “go to waste” & they weren’t about to make a new pot just for me. Offered a regular large coffee instead, I drove off loosing the opportunity to use my “deal” for the next 3+ hours You mean that this particular location can’t afford a loss leader like decaf coffee? Then either take the offering off of the app or restrict its application to breakfast only!!!"
