"Update! November 22,2023.... WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THIS CVS????? These annoying texts messages..... DON'T THEY UNDERSTAND ENGLISH? I am not happy with this CVS Pharmacy ! BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH MY DOCTOR ABOUT this prescription....CVS claims they did not get it! BEEN here numerous times. This CVS cannot be proactive and call my doctors office ! What's the deal with this CVS ?.??. Pharmacy tech looked bored and not willing to go the extra mile. So GOOD RIDDANCE CVS ON PAGE AVE. . I told clerk that I need to photocopy two pieces of documents. So I waited on line due a woman in front of me with some of a discount issue....she went back and forth to get her correct product and ongoing discussion with associate. Finally I gave up and over to the machine myself ONLY TO BE TOLD BY ANOTHER CVS ASSOCIATE THAT MACHINE ONLY DOES PHOTOS ONLY NOT PAPER. Just as well, CVS would have charged more money than a card store to photocopy my documents."

"I recently visited this CVS location and had an incredibly frustrating experience. I work as a instacart shopper, and I went to the store to pick up a medication for one of our customers. I pressed the button for an assistant to have one of the clerk to opening the medication case. However, the clerk's who showed up to help me was far from helpful; she was rude and uncooperative. When I asked her to open the case, she gave me an attitude and demanded to know which medicine I needed before she would even consider helping. After she reluctantly opened the case, I politely asked if I could scan the medication, but she snatched it away from me, treating me as if I were attempting to steal it. This kind of behavior is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. As someone working in the healthcare industry, I believe in the importance of respectful and courteous customer service. Unfortunately, this was not my experience at this CVS store. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to their staff, emphasizing the significance of treating customers and fellow professionals with respect and kindness."

"I made an appt for flu shots. I went 30 Min early and after waiting about 20 min I was told that they were too busy to do the shots on my children. So why the hell do they offer appts if they do not have staff. I had even called before I made the appts."

"I come here all the time with no issue but just wanted to leave a review to mention that the pharmacist Christine is awesome! She did my flu shot today and was really warm and friendly, made the process very easy. Most of the pharmacy staff is helpful as well."
