"Poor customer service, needed to use the bathroom urgently and was denied. She said they were closed but I had asked another customer to ask her and the employee said otherwise to her."

"If I could give less than one star, I would. Tonight I went to pick up my photo order around 9:15 P.M., as notified by my email confirmation. The email stated that my floating photo frame was done at 7:45. I was helped by a young man who, after 10 minutes of looking for my order, said they did not have enough time to get it done. I told him that I drove over 20 minutes to this location to have it for tomorrow. He said he would do it for me. At 10:16 he told me that he could not be able to complete my order. I saw him get the frame and print the pictures, but he said he did not know how to complete the frame and did not want to mess up the photos. When I asked to speak to a manager, he smiled. I said, you have to be kidding me. You are a manager and you think that this is OK. He apologized and he said "I know," and then offered to give me a small discount on my 3, 4x6 print outs (not apart of the floating frame) which amounted to .70 cents. I laughed and said I am not worried about the .70 cents. While he charged me the full .70 cents, I asked if there was someone else I could speak with. When I asked why he didn't tell me sooner that he would not be able to complete the order, he just shrugged his shoulders. He said he already called his "higher up" and he wasn't able to help him. I am so unhappy that I drover 20 minutes out of my way, with my husband and 3 children and then waited for an hour ... only to leave without the frame that I needed as a gift. Something similar to me happened to me once before at this location and I was assured it would never happen again. I should have known better! This location should be ashamed of the lack of quality service provided to their customers."

"I always get just about everything I need to get here. Especially my allergy medications. They also have some pretty decent snacks and drinks for sale here as well. One minor annoyance, because of pandemic of shoplifting by some of the lower level elements of so called human society, many things that I need to get have now been put under lock and key, and I now have to wait for someone to open the compartment. This takes up valuable time for me."

"Ample parking and a full drug/department store that has a pharmacy as well. This Walgreens is located on a main street so you can conveniently get your errands done in one place. There are a lot of staff inside and goods are always stocked. My go to Walgreens!"
