"We got to the pharmacy at 6:06pm after being at the urgent care with my son. Gate was down and pharmacist was there. We explained it was urgent and asked if she could please give us the albuterol that he needed to breathe. She said sorry we close at 6 can’t help you."

"While not a huge deal, I’m hoping for some clarity around a policy explained to me during a transaction tonight. I purchased a lipstick and went in to exchange it for a lighter color less than an hour later. Receipt with me, I handed the old and new lipstick to the cashier, asked to exchange the 2, but was told exchanges are not company policy and the first lipstick needed to be processed as a return first. Confused, I asked for a bit of clarity (as someone who has worked in retail, I know we prefer exchanges or store credits over refunds, as they keep money in the business). I’ve looked online and I don’t see anything in CVS policy that aligns with what I was told. The associate seemed kind but, but there was so much impatience in her tone I decided to leave it be as a return and not to move forward with the purchase of the second lipstick. Happy to adjust my rating, but would like clarity first. Thanks!"

"My doctor sent a script for Alvesco to this pharmacy early am today. At 9.20pm today my husband comes to the pharmacy straight from his work to pick up the medication, and he is informed that they don't have the medication(!!!) even though earlier today I called the pharmacy to find out their hours of operation , and the automated service informed me that my prescription was filled(!!!) Pharmacyst Eve states that they did not have my phone number! I have been using the CVS system for 20 years(!!!) and for three years in this particular location!!! And the pharmacist stated that they tried to reach the doctor to get an authorization(!!!) that I don't need because I was going to pay with cash as my insurance does not cover this med!!!! What a mess!"
