"The manager Cecilia who works the night shift is rude and nasty. I bought my son a coat on Tues 11/28, I didn’t look at the coat until Thursday 11/30, the coat was ripped. I went back to the store to try to return/ exchange it for a coat that was not ripped. Initially, I spoke with the cashier whom was African American (I am also), she spoke to someone who then spoke to Cecilia. Cecilia approached me with an attitude already and she was nasty. She refused to return/exchange the coat. She would not listen to what I had to say about “stating I bought the coat ripped”. All she said was speak with the MGR tomorrow, “I’m not doing it”. When I asked for a name all she did was try to belittle me although I have a degree. I asked for the phone number for the store, which she refused to give. She walked away from me and I’m not doing it have a good night. The employee, the African American, gave me the name of manager and the phone number for the store. She should be promoted due to excellent customer service. I’m a manager for an ASC, I would never have treated one of patients that way. Cecilia needs re-training on what customer service excellence is!!"

"Unfortunately, the cashiers work slowly and you have to wait in long lines every time. Even if you have 1 item, you have to wait for hours in the same line with people who have 20-25 items. The manager is very rude and does not help with this issue. People who would buy an expensive bag or perfume for a little bit cheap price as a last-minute gift are giving up just for this reason. I wish they could make it easier for people who will spend more money here in a short time which will increase the profit of the store. It would be a better store if it was placed in a different cash register for products up to 3 items or if helpful personnel were employed instead of rude management."

"Disorganized, messy, chaotic, overstuffed aisles and over all a terrible shopping experience. Clothes and bedding on the floors so much that I had to clear a path to push my cat. A swap meet has more organization than this store. Looking to shop based on your size..... good luck!! Definitely needs a change in management or business structure because wheeeew."

"Store is like other Burlington but much cleaner and have more stuffs . It is loaded with verity of products. Price is similar to other Burlington stores. Not to many employees on the floor but enough registers were open to cover the rush . They have a big parking lot. And they are just down from the rout 3."
