"Tatyana was very unprofessional And demonstrated poor customer service. Even the lady at the front desk looked embarrassed regarding her behavior. Plus Tatyana was confused on several occasions on what to do and had to keep asking her colleague Frank for help. I wish I dealt with him in the first place. She is someone I would not trust handling my taxes. She expected me to do the accounting for her. Avoid her at all costs. I was ready to find another accounting agent. Luckily, her lack of talent in this trade and unprofessionalism led me to someone else Frank who assisted me during his lunch break. Frank was nice and even apologized on Tatyanas behavior and got the job done. However, this is the last time I’ll use them because of my experience with Tatyana."
