"Visited this place and waited an entire an hour for them to tell me that I am unable to get my infusion because I had my daughter with me. I let the front desk know that I was picking up my daughter but no one informed me that she wasn’t allowed with me to the visit. I wasted a total of 40 mins commuting to the office and then another hour in the waiting room for someone to talk to me. When i decided to leave and get care elsewhere, I heard the woman at the front speaking about me. She was extremely unprofessional."

"I am simply constrained to write a review by the situation when in one institution there are two opposite phenomena, care, Love and understanding, and then its absence and even in some aspects violence. There are no complaints about the treatment and attention from doctors and medical staff, they are the best of the best, but they don’t care who accompanies them. Will explain. I have been accompanying my father-in-law to the procedure for a long time and the procedure always takes 4.5 hours, we arrive and I wait in the lobby. Sometimes music plays and when I asked it was kindly turned off. Honestly, I don’t like music in the medical room, it annoys me, I like to listen to music, but not here. I asked to turn off the music, but they categorically refused, I begged many times, asked, even raised my voice a little, the answer was no. I asked for the manager and asked why they don’t turn off the music, the answer is we won’t turn it off just because of you alone. I had to go outside and wait for my father-in-law there. I wonder what they would do if their parents were there instead of me. It’s good that it’s warm and I’m waiting outside……. Care and Love on the street."

"I have been a patient of this clinic for the last 7 years or so and my experience has always been ok enough. The doctors are excellent (currently Dr. Rafati and a prior doctor whose name I no longer recall) but the staff up front is awful enough for me to now be seeking a new provider and clinic. I waited 2 months to be seen, was told by the receptionist that my gp's bloodworks results do not matter to them (Dr. Rafati confirmed that is NOT the case) and now I have been chasing them all for the results and an infusion for several weeks. FInally yesterday I called upset and was asked "I don't understand why you have an attitude??" while the woman on the phone sucked her teeth and couldn't be bothered. I do not understand why if you do not have the temperment for this occupation you would chose it but I'm moving on. I see based on other reviews my experience has not been a unique one. I hope the doctors see this eventually and care enough to change it."

"Dr. Dosik treated my mother Rosemarie Blacknik long ago with a rare leukemia. He kept her alive for 7 years, using leaving us at 59 years of age. She was able to know I was pregnant with her first grand baby"

"This black receptionist is seriously out of touch with reality. You need to allow people to speak. Not only did you guys call a new patient with an unknown phone number, when I relayed that feedback the receptionist was very cold and had a nonchalant attitude towards the manner. Then she keeps asking me questions and cutting me off every 5 seconds saying “ ma’am, that’s not what I asked you” are you serious. Then I ask for respect and for her not to cut me off profusely and she denies that she’s doing such a thing while repeatedly talking over me. I was trying to explain my situation and she just didn’t care. Move on to a new profession, today. I don’t even want to go into my appointment any longer. Update: I expressed my frustrations about the receptionist and I hope that future appointments will be more precised and focused. My opinion still stands. She was very rude but I did have some progress today in regards to my health and feel that I’m on the right path so I’m hopeful ☺️. Some people are hurting and struggling and I understand that. But still be mindful of your words because they can really hurt someone. As a minority I think we all should be more sensitive especially being that women of color face harsher realities when it comes to health. As someone who works in the medical field why would this receptionist ( she’s not alone) be rude. You can turn people away super quickly because of your decision making and really hurt someone from finding clarity towards health related issues."
